Any reference to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ throughout the following Terms and Conditions and this website refers, at all times to Three Little Coconuts.
Any references to ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers, at all times, to our customers.
The below Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Three Little Coconuts website. You must read our Terms and Conditions before engaging with our brand. Once you engage in our service, you are assumed to have read, understood and are therefore bound by these Terms and Conditions, at all times, whilst interacting with our brand.
Here at Three Little Coconuts we are dedicated to creating beautiful and unique homewares. We specialise in scrabble frames, prints, macramé hangers, stickers and personalised giftware of all sorts. We are always committed to providing our customers with unique and professional products.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, if we deem him or her to be misusing our service or using our service in an unlawful manner.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to make alterations to our service, products or prices, at any time, without notice or consequence.
Once you have made your selection on our website, you can place the item or items in your shopping basket and begin our secure checkout process.
During checkout, you may either register an account with us, or checkout as a guest. If you create an account, we will remember details about your visit to make your future visits quicker and easier for you!
We will collect certain details from you during the checkout process and you will be prompted throughout. After your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive this email, or if any details are incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Payment of the full price displayed in AUD (or your relevant country’s conversion rate) must be paid at the time of purchase.
All prices displayed are current, but are subject to change, at our discretion.
We accept payment via PayPal (which includes a credit card option) or direct bank deposit. PayPal is a secure and convenient way of processing your payment.
If you wish to pay via direct bank deposit, you simply need to select this option during checkout, and details will be given to you. After payment has been deposited please forward your order number and receipt to: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you choose to make payment via bank deposit, your order may take a few extra days to confirm and ship whilst we wait for the payment to clear. Payment clearance via bank deposit can take up to 3 business days.
We will not be responsible for any delays in payment clearance and cannot ship orders until we have received payment in full.
We also cannot promise the availability of your desired stock if payment does not clear or cannot be taken for any reason.
Due to the fact that our products are made to order, once your order is confirmed, we are unable to accept cancellations. Because of this, we ask that you consider your order carefully before you finalize checkout.
We are more than happy to assist you, in any way we can, in the selection of your items.
All orders are shipped using the Australia Post Parcel Post service. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number by which you may track the progress of your shipment via the Australia Post website.
Once your order is confirmed, it may take up to 1-4 weeks to ship depending on what was ordered. This is due to the fact that our products are personalized or made to order and we like to make sure they are perfect before we send them out to you!
Delivery times will vary based on your location. For all domestic metro orders, please allow two weeks for delivery. If you are located in a regional area please allow 3 weeks.
If you require your products urgently, please contact us at: email@example.com before placing your order (or as soon as possible after) to arrange express shipping.
Shipping times are merely a guideline and in many cases your order will arrive sooner. We are not responsible for delays in shipping times due to postage service delays or any other delays that stem directly from circumstances beyond our control.
Please allow the shipping timeframes stated above before contacting us about your order. Under no circumstances will we replace an order before these shipping times have lapsed. If your order has not arrived after these times, please contact Australia Post with the tracking number provided. If they are unable to remedy your issue, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will seek to assist you.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Products are made to order and a lot of time and care goes into creating each order. Because of the fact that we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, we encourage to consider your order carefully before confirming.
We take a lot of care when packaging orders for shipment, and each item is inspected thoroughly for defects before it is sent to its new home.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs/descriptions of the damage alleged. We will assess damage on a case-by-case basis and it is at our discretion to determine whether an item can be returned or refunded on the basis of damage.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of any product if we do not deem it to have been damaged during postage and handling. Furthermore we will refuse a damaged return if you have not provided us with an e-mail notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.
If your order is deemed as having been damaged in transit, we will provide you with a replacement as soon as practicable. Your initial item must be returned to us in an un-used condition, including all original tags and packaging.
We make every effort to ensure that the images and descriptions of our products are accurate. We cannot, however, be liable for differences in color or appearance that may be attributed to variations in calibration of your computer monitor or handheld device.
In addition to this, because our items are handmade, they may differ slightly from product to product. Any variation that may exist in colour, appearance or otherwise, is not considered a fault and is instead reflective of the uniqueness of each item.
All of the designs, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, text, HTML code or other intellectual property that has been made available on Just Peachy Prints, or throughout our social media, is the copyright material of Three Little Coconuts and remains our intellectual property at all times.
This content may not be reproduced, re-published or disseminated in whole or in part without the express consent of the authors and copyright owners at Three Little Coconuts. Action may be taken against any person or persons who is found to be misusing our intellectual property.
